We look forward to welcoming you to our online event and introducing you to our inspirational speakers and workshops.

It's a chance to learn from the experiences people have shared - no matter how hard - and think about how these can help to build better services for our community.

Keynote speaker

Imelda Redmond, CBE, National Director of Healthwatch England

Imelda is passionate about championing patients’ needs and ensuring that their views are listened to.

We will be holding a series of online workshops:

  • Online appointments – how they work and how patient feedback has helped improve them
  • Co-production – a way of involving people in developing health and care services
  • Digital exclusion – lack of access to information and services for people without internet access
  • Staying independent – how technology enabled care is helping people to stay independent in their own homes for longer

These will be supported by Independent Members of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Adult Social Care Partnership Boards. They are volunteers with lived-experience who share their insights to help health and care staff improve how services work for people who use adult social care.

Followed by our Annual General Meeting and the presentation of our annual report.

Wednesday 21 July, 1:30 – 7:00 PM

via Zoom

The meeting will be held online via Zoom - which you can join using a smartphone, tablet or computer. There is a dial in option for those who don't have internet access but want to join by phone.
