About this event
Join our workshop and tell us what you think about the proposed changes to who can access non-emergency patient transport.
The NHS is running a consultation into draft standards it has developed to help improve non-emergency patient transport across England.
Whilst most people can manage journeys to and from healthcare appointments on their own, some need extra support. These people are often older, disabled or living with a long-term condition.
However, patients across the country have reported delays in getting patient transport and a lack of support. And there are variations in eligibility depending on where you live.
The NHS has drawn up new standards to tackle these issues and needs your views to help make sure they work for people who use this service.
Let us know if you need information in a different format, for example a British Sign Language Interpreter.
We have live captions available on all our online meetings.
