Discover Arthur’s Shed: Free Wellbeing Workshops for Everyone

If you're looking for something relaxing, creative, or just a bit different to do, we recommend checking out Arthur’s Shed – a hidden gem of free wellbeing workshops in Cambridge.

Arthur’s Shed is a friendly community space located on the grounds of Arthur Rank Hospice Charity. It offers a wide range of free workshops and drop-in sessions that are open to everyone – no connection to the Hospice is needed.

From chair fit and meditation to arts and crafts, there’s something for everyone. It’s a great way to support your wellbeing, meet others, and try something new in a relaxed and welcoming space.

What’s on?

Workshops run regularly and are led by experienced volunteers. The current calendar (covering August and September) includes:

  • Creative sessions like watercolour painting and crafts
  • Movement and mindfulness workshops
  • Opportunities to learn and connect with others

You don’t need to book in advance, and all sessions are completely free of charge.
