Coping with changes in our lives

To help shape services to support us all to live longer, happier, and healthier lives, we would like to hear about your experiences of life’s changes. What worked well? What could have helped you cope better?

Our lives have many ups and downs. Something may change that requires us to live differently from what we have known before. This could be for many different reasons, such as a change in health, becoming a parent, breaking up with a partner, etc.

If you live in Cambridge, East Cambs or South Cambs, please take the time to complete the short survey via the link below to share your experience of coping with a life change. The Local NHS and other services will use your feedback to plan how they can improve support for people going through similar experiences.

This is the first part of a project to find how people are coping with life changes. It will collect information to identify areas which have been shown as needing further improvement or development.

Tell us about your experiences

NHS and social care staff are doing everything they can to keep us well during these challenging times, but there might be things that can be improved.

Your feedback can help services spot issues that are affecting care for you and your loved ones.
