We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know we have got your request and are getting an answer for you.

We will need to contact a BSL interpreter to let us know what you have asked and prepare an answer for you.

Or we may want to arrange a meeting with you and a BSL interpreter so we can talk with you in more detail.

We will try and do this as quickly as we can.
