We regularly share our feedback reports with health and care leaders across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Each organisation receives detailed reports from the public, helping them understand people’s experiences and use this information to improve services and inform decisions.
Healthwatch Cambridgeshire and Peterborough have published a report into the services provided at the Cambridge Shelford Bottom Hospice, an Arthur Rank Hospice Charity. The visit took place on the 13th March 2025.
We are really excited to be working on a new calendar of ‘pop-up shops’ within the community to talk about the work of our adult social care groups, called our Partnership Boards. With a brand-new set of pop-up stands and materials ready to go, we'll be heading to an area near you very soon!

Working with Royal Mail, NHS and patient organisations, Healthwatch England has written an open letter to Ofcom highlighting the introduction of new protections to ensure reliable and efficient postal service for NHS patients.
We are pleased to present the findings of our Life Changes Report, commissioned by Cambridgeshire South Care Partnership (CSCP). Building on previous research with Community Researcher Volunteers, this report looks into what support is needed for people going through life changes and will be used to help plan future services in local neighbourhoods.
