Time to Change asks employers to change the way they think and act about mental health in the workplace.
Our Chair Val Moore told the AGM,
“We’re a responsible employer and care for the wellbeing of our fabulous team,”
“We want to do all we can to help break the silence and end the stigma around mental health.”
We are now one of over 1000 pledged employers who have signed up and created an action plan to help get our staff talking about mental health.
In order to sign the pledge, we had to write an action plan spelling out what we plans to do. As well as highlighting mental wellbeing at team meetings, we are appointing a staff member and a Director to champion mental health.
