Enter and View Report - The Orchards Care Home

Healthwatch Cambridgeshire and Peterborough has published a new Enter and View report following a visit to The Orchards Care Home in Ely. The visit explored residents’, relatives’, and staff experiences of care, alongside observations of the environment and daily life within the home. The report highlights positive feedback around the caring staff team, welcoming atmosphere, and range of activities available to residents, while also identifying recommendations to further improve dementia-friendly design, accessibility, and mealtime support.
