Physical Disability Partnership Board Minutes April 2021 to March 2022

This meeting had a presentation on the work of the MS Society in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.  There was also a presentation and discussion on Individual Service Funds which the Councils are exploring and thinking of introducing.

This meeting had a presentation on Think Communities, an initiative from Cambridgeshire County and Peterborough City Councils.  There was also a presentation and discussion on the Older People's Accommodation Needs Assessment.

This meeting had a presentation from Living Sport about the County Wide Activity Strategy.

This meeting had a presentation and discussion on Care Together.  This is a Community Catalyst and Community Micro enterprise project.  The meeting also had an update on the Individual Service Funds.
