We’re proud to share our Healthwatch Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Annual Report for 2024–2025.

This year’s report highlights a selection of the real difference your voices have made to health and care services across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. From shaping improvements in mental health support, to making services more accessible for people with additional needs, your feedback has helped drive meaningful change.

We have appointed a new Chair to succeed Stewart Francis who is stepping down this month after nearly four years as strategic lead of Healthwatch Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

Looking after your mental health, physical wellbeing, and emotional needs is important — and you're not alone. Whether you’re feeling anxious, need support with school, are caring for someone, or just want to learn more about health and wellbeing, there are services and tools out there to help.

We’ve brought together some of the best resources and websites to support children and young people across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. These are free to access and full of useful, trusted information.

Our June Board meeting will include the Chairs and CEO's updates on our activity since our March meeting. Our Annual General Meeting will follow this Board meeting.

75% of children and young people who experience mental health problems aren't getting the help they need.

We regularly share our feedback reports with health and care leaders across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Each organisation receives detailed reports from the public, helping them understand people’s experiences and use this information to improve services and inform decisions.

Healthwatch Cambridgeshire and Peterborough have published a report into the services provided at the Cambridge Shelford Bottom Hospice, an Arthur Rank Hospice Charity. The visit took place on the 13th March 2025.

We are really excited to be working on a new calendar of ‘pop-up shops’ within the community to talk about the work of our adult social care groups, called our Partnership Boards. With a brand-new set of pop-up stands and materials ready to go, we'll be heading to an area near you very soon!

We are thrilled to have been accredited with the Investing in Volunteers Award. This award is a UK quality standard for organisations working with volunteers.
